General pattern of changing the degree of sending

In the process of forming the structure of cement stone (starting from the first minutes), a significant sending of calcium oxide hydrates in the liquid phase of a solid cement suspension is observed. The degree of sending can vary widely depending on the mineralogical composition of the cement, the number of alkalis located in it, the talus -free conditions of hardening, water -cement attitude and a number of other factors.

But regardless of the degree of sending, the general pattern of the extension of the hydrate of the oxide in the liquid phase does not change. The concentrated cement suspension is characterized by two downs. The first decline is noted at the stage of the formation of the coagulation and criticization structure and the second-at the stage of hardening and compaction of the chaotic crystallization frame. The general pattern of changes in the degree of dispersion of the hydrate of calcium oxide in the liquid phase in a solid concentrated cement suspension. The maximum concentration of calcium oxide in the liquid phase is achieved after 2-5 minutes, depending on the mineralogical composition of the cement and the content of alkalis and gypsum in it. The maximum degree of shipping of calcium oxide in the liquid phase is observed in more diluted cement suspensions, where the process of achieving the maximum degree of sending them is slowed down and is usually detected only after 7-10 minutes.
